Vote on changes to CC&R

Dear Lot Owners, 9-21-2021

By now, you should have received the package with a letter and a secret ballot for a vote to add an amendment to the CC&R’s to include the statement there is to be “No Short-Term Rentals & No Business or Commercial Ventures in the Sub-Division”.

In the letter sent out with the package there is a reference, last paragraph first sentence, that there is an “attached proposed amendment” there is not, and that is my mistake. At the top of the letter it states Re: Adding an amendment etc. that is what the vote is for. I am trying to see if we have enough votes to add the amendment. I hope you have sent your vote in and if you have not received your package to vote please contact me as soon as possible.

We have 30 days from September 13, 2021.

Thank You
